Natalie and Ben met when Natalie was in her first year of law school at Loyola Law School, and they have been together ever since. Over the course of their twelve years together, they have celebrated many of the greatest joys of their lives and supported each other during many of the greatest sorrows of their lives, and along the way, somehow accumulated three dogs (Hunter, Teddy and Ellie) and one cat (GG).

They got married before a small group of close family members on Christmas Eve of 2021 at Natalie's parents' home in the Bay Area, which Natalie's father, Donald, Natalie's grandmother on her mother's side, Margaret, and Natalie's grandfather on her father's side, Lim How, were there to celebrate - all of whom are dearly missed and will undoubtedly be there in spirit to celebrate Natalie and Ben's vow renewal.
